Order Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

Refunds:

Refunds are provided only for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items.

Refund request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

No Refunds For:

Opened, used, or altered products

Perishable food items (unless damaged on arrival)
